Check- in / Check- out Policies

Check-in time is 2:00 pm and Check-out time is 11am. Early check-in and late check-out will be subject to availability and it’s an additional charges are applicable.
It is mandatory to present, address with valid photo government identification for Indian citizen and all other nationality guest’s to be presented valid Passport and Visa at the time of Check-in.(PAN Card is not considered as valid photo identity in terms of Resort check-in)
Confirmation against 100% advance payment.
Reservation will be guaranteed only after receiving the payment (within 12hrs of the reservation).
Rates are quoted in Indian Rupee per room per night.

Resort Policies

No visitors are allowed
Photo-shoot can be done, only on chargeable basis.
Pets are not allowed
All rooms are non-smoking
Romantic Pool villa is strictly for a couple. Children/Infants are not allowed in this villa for safety reasons.
We do not have a bar at the resort; however, you may carry your own alcohol and consume the same in the room; alcohol consumption is not allowed in public areas.

Cancellation / No-Show Policy

In case of no show or cancellation of a guaranteed reservation, the hotel reserves the right to levy retention charge for the entire stay.
Cancellation policy: 50% retention charges for cancellation done within 15 days & full retention for cancellation within 10 days prior to arrival.
Online payment fee charges/ bank transaction charges will be levied on refund, for any cancellation within cancellation period eligible for refund.
